Waiting for your unlock code/download information? You probably have it already!
Unlock codes and download information are sent out in a matter of minutes. So - if you bought software, but have not yet heard back from us, your spam filter ate our email. This is especially true for AOL and Yahoo email accounts where any message from a source not listed in your address book may get deleted. In most cases, however, your registration information is probably still in your mail trash.

The best way to deal with this is to add us to your address book and contact us directly at our support email address shown at the top and bottom of this page.

Upgrade Subscriptions
Purchases directly from our site include an upgrade subscription for 6 months including free download service for that period. This means if a version X.0 is released at any point during the subscription, there is never an additional fee. If you buy a version 2.0 today and 4 weeks later a version 3.0 is released, the upgrade is free for most (special rules apply for customers with multiple licenses - see when a new registration code is required).

Crossgrades
Crossgrades can move you from one title to a bundle or even from one bundle to a more expensive one. This allows you to save some money. Crossgrading from Mozart to Music Bundle for example is less expensive than purchasing the additional titles by themselves. Crossgrades, however, do not affect your upgrade subscription - otherwise they would be more expensive. Your upgrade subscription always dates from the purchase date of the original title. But again, as upgrade subscriptions for bundles are cheaper than those for the individual titles included, you save some money.

Upgrade Policy
Single licenses:
Full upgrades for any title you purchase for the period of 6 months (including bundles). After that you can purchase a 1-year upgrade subscription by logging into your account for up to two years after the original purchase. Subscriptions are typically by the year. Prices may vary and will be displayed in your account.
Multiple licenses:
Full upgrades for any title you purchase for the period of 6 months (including bundles). After that you can purchase an upgrade subscription by logging into your account. Subscriptions are typically by the year. Prices may vary and will be displayed in your account. There will be a surcharge of $2.50 per processed license.

When a New Registration Code is Required
Single licenses:
You just send us an email from the email address you use to log into your account containing your HotSync ID and the new registration code will be sent asap at now charge. New registration codes will only be sent to customers with a current upgrade subscription.
Multiple licenses:
We request that you send a spreadsheet in xls or csv format containing 2 columns with the HotSync ID in the first column and the email address used to log in in the second column (can be the same email address). There will be a surcharge of $2.50 per processed license. New registration codes will only be sent to customers with a current upgrade subscription.

How to Upgrade
When you purchase one of our programs you are automatically issued login information for your own download accout. You can then review and download current upgrades at your leisure just by logging in again. Please review our upgrade policy to understand what upgrades are available to you.

Old Versions
We don't list older versions of our programs for several reasons. Mainly, we can't support older verisions as the new versions already include important bug fixes and improvements. Also, software for handhelds is updated much more often than let's say a drawing program for a desktop machine, because there are many more hardware releases. So - to list 28 different versions of one program would not only be impractical, but also confusing, require much more maintanance and would take up a lot of space.

Declined HotSync IDs ?
We reserve the right to decline certain HotSync IDs that are commonly used for fraudulent purposes. These are HotSync IDs like palm, cracked, user, mypalm, etc (we will not list all of them here for obvious reasons). This is not to suggest that you are involved in anything illegal. It is just something that we must do in order to survive. You will run into the same issue over and over with other companies even if you might have been lucky so far. If your HotSync ID was declined, we will tell you so. The best thing to do is to create a new user account in Palm Desktop and use that in the future. Try basing it on your name as most Palm enthusiasts do. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Refunds
For very obvious reasons and as is industry standard we cannot offer refunds for downloadable software. There are always demo versions available and ample descriptions. Please make use of them. Should you still have any questions regarding features or anything at all, just send us an email.
